I think you may need to contact Toshiba for the drivers, but a quick google says the Satellite C855 are discontinued so they may not be any help as your on windows 10, thinking the best bet maybe to restore your computer back to as it was before you updated windows to 10.
Disable Windows Update temporarily before installing any software. Sometimes installers need to do registry checks and Windows Update gets in the way. Windows Update is also responsible for things such as input lag, especially Windows 10. I downloaded the free betas of Windows 10, hated them, then restored my backup of Win7 Pro.
