C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_51\lib\rt.jar: invalid LOC header (bad signature)
Go to the start menu on your computer, and in the search box type "%appdata%" without the quotation marks. In this directory, at the top you should see a folder called ".minecraft". Delete that folder, and go and restart Minecraft. This will generate all new files and re-download the game files. You will have to log in again, and you will lose settings, resourcepacks, servers, and saves. You can go into the .minecraft directory and make a copy of your server list file, and you can also copy your resourcepacks folder & the saves folder if you choose to do so. If you have any questions let me know. This generally does work for most issues, but if not it may be a Java issue. A full crash report would be useful as well.
