Mod conflict help

I think I have a conflict between Ars Magica 2 and Nevermine.

Ars Magica 2 won't create it's config file properly, so I can't edit the enchantment ID.

If this is indeed the case, could someone provide a copy of the config files?

If I am grossly mistaken, can someone point out the issue?

You can delete config files, then reopen your world. It will create new config files. If that doesn't work, remove one of the mods, delete the configs, then open your world to generate the config file.

if its ars thats not createing the config try editing it in game on the title screen "mods" button thing. or changing the ID in Nevermine's configs

I never get to the title screen. I crash when loading.
