so ive been playing modded minecraft for a while and i installed some more mods but then this ends up frequently happening

So how do i prevent this from happening?

Sorry im new to pc but what do you mean by check your drivers and how do i do that

ive installed it now what do i do?

well ive tried installing the driver but it keeps saying nVidia installer failed and it also says "SHIELD Streaming 4.1.2000 failed" when everything else has installed
