I've been reading this section of the forums for the past few days, seeking for an answer. No success, obviously. Also, I noticed that there are some other users with the same issue. Been trying to add the Shaders mod in my Forge + OptiFine combo, in order to prevent FPS losses. Attempted only Shaders, works smoothly, though with a 40 FPS loss (from 60 to around 20). Though, everytime I launch the game, it does even reach the Title Screen, BUT, as soon as I select or create a World, it crashes.
Using Forge v10.13.4.1448, and the compatible OptiFine version (1.7.10_HD_U_A4). Attempted to combine it with both Shaders v2.3.18 and v2.3.28. Both give me the same error.
Also, I have updated my operational system from Windows 7 to Windows 10 yesterday, though it has absolutely no connection to these frustrating crashes. This issue is haunting me since my previous system, which was also perfectly stable.
Screenshots below:
As mentioned above, I can even get to the title screen, and go up to select a World.
The chosen World appears to load normally, but the issue happens after this stage.
When the game is about to get me into the World, it shows this message and crashes.
Log will be provided below:

Seriously, where do you people keep getting 1 year+ outdated optifine!?

Check the Shader mod thread. You'll see it's compatible with this version.
Also, if you're that curious, here is where I've got my ZIP from: http://optifine.net/downloads
Thanks for reminding me that my very first attempt was with OptiFine 1.7.10 C1. Same result.
Well I just checked with the latest optifine, and it works, so try that.
