the update asked me to log in anew so i tried and nothing was accepted, so i tried to use the link to chang the password and there was nothing, so i went to the site to get the password changed, the password was still not accepted. i have checked my spell

Is this with a snapshot? Or 1.8?
sorry about not being clear, it is the update whatever that was as my screen shows only the non-responive password block.
