Hello, I need help on this Subject. For some reason, about a week after I updated to Windows 10 on my Computer, The Textures on Blocks both in and out of my Inventory have a "Scratchy" and "Fuzzy" Look to them. Regardless of Version (1.7.10 and 1.8.8) The Texture's Look quite odd when viewed from a relatively far distance, and when viewed up close, the Blur seems to fade away. All of this occurs whenever I move my Player. Shading is also a Big Issue, even though I have the "Smooth Lighting" up to Maximum on all Versions, (See Below) Leaves also have an Odd look to them aswell. My Intel Graphics Display Options are Below.
Ah, I see. So the Mipmap makes objects blurrier when turned up Higher. Thanks for the Info, the Graphics turned back to how they were a while back. Thanks a lot!

EDIT: Solved
Turn your mipmap off if you don't like that effect. It 'blurs' distant objects.
