Ok, on windows 7 i could run Minecraft with max settings at 100 fps! but i recently upgraded my pc to windows 10 and when i did this, i did a clean install which deleted all of my files and such... so i reinstalled minecraft and went to play on max settings as always but i could only run like 15 fps so i reinstalled Minecraft but i still could only run it at 15 fps, so i turned the settings all to the lowest to see if it will get me to 60+ fps but now, my Minecraft will not pass 20 fps anymore and i constantly get fps drops down to 5 fps for like 3 minutes, if anyone could please help me! i have tried Optifine, reinstalled java 64-bit, configed stuff in the nVidia control panel and tried Razer Game Booster but none of these have worked, i have looked everywhere online but nothing worked, please help me!

Curse Premiumsame here but i was running windows 8 and getting around 60fps
updated to windows ten and cant get above 15fps
