I would try downloading and installing the AMD drivers direct from the website first.
Is this a fresh install of Windows?
Make sure you are plugged into your dedicated GPU and not the one on the motherboard. If you can find the info, it may be necessary to force dedicated GFX and ensure the on-board is turned off. I had the same issue with ASUS F2A85M-PRO when I first got it. A BIOS update resolved that issue for me.
:EDIT: I should expand on my explanation. in your DxDiag dump, it looks like the system is referencing basic VGA drivers still: Line 46: "Carte graphique VGA standard"
Just went into the UEFI bios in the Peripherals section, there was an item called Initial Display Output and the value was set to PCIe 1 Slot, the other option being inFX, so it appears that video is indeed controlled by the discrete card.

Then the only thing left is to force remove any current video drivers and reinstall AMD's package form their site:
Hi guys,

CPU: i3-4360

I do not have a DVD player so i downloaded the video drivers from ASUS:
https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/R72402GD3L/HelpDesk_Download/
Files installed:
AMD_VGADriver_Win7_Win8_Win8_1_VER13_251WHQL.zip
GPUTweak2_Ver1057.zip
It appears i am still missing some video drivers, anyone has any idea of which one(s) i am missing.

Yes, brand new system, brand new install, everything updated.
Done. I was indeed in the right connector.
Interesting, thanks for that. I will look into it and follow-up.

http://support.amd.com/fr-fr/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64 (If I recognized the localization of your DxDiag log)
for Catalyst 15.7.1 & Graphics Driver Installer for Windows 7 64-bit
Try your best to do this from Safe Mode. This works better most times.
Thank you very much! I will update you later today.
It worked! The AMD website driver did the trick! Thank you so much, i'm off to go play Minecraft.
You are welcome, and enjoy!
