This is an error because of the absence of proper drivers.
First, please make sure all updates are installed by Windows Update. To check, click on the Action Center, this is the message icon next to the clock on the bottom right, then select All Settings, then finally Update and Settings.
Allow that to install all updates, then restart, you should now have the drivers needed.
