I am currently sporting an Intel GMA x4500 for my graphics. I have searched drivers on there website, and they have not updated drivers for that product yet.
Solution, delete your .minecraft folder and reinstall minecraft.
It worked for me.

ModeratorYour GPU isn't supported in windows 10 (and may never be due to its age), infact its not supported in windows 8.
Revert back to windows 7 and minecraft will work.
