Minecraft crashes everytime i load a shaderpack, even if i load it mid-game, or pre-game, and the crash report is this:

I have an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 as my graphics card, and i normally run 250 fps in a normal single-player map or online server
I have OpenGL 4.2.0 build 10.18.10.3412.
But I do NOT have NVIDIA. (Sadly D;). (Sadly D;)
Im also using Forge11.14.3.1486
I also have the optifine mod with it, which is Optifine_1.8.0_HD_U_D5.jar
The ShadersModCore im using is ShadersMod-v2.4.12mc1.8.jar
So in a nutshell all of my mods and launchers are running 1.8.0.
If anyone knows the issue of my minecraft crashing, tell me the issue and how to fix it (if you know how).
Also the picture down below is the screen it shows before I click a shaderpack and crash minecraft. The minecraft doesn't even show shades or the shaderpack before it crashes at all.

You just answered your own problem.
Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 is NOT a GPU/graphics card!
You need an actual GPU (like NVIDA brand GPUs) to run shaders.
