Fixed it, Windows key > type "Device Manager" and open it > expand the "Display adapters" tab > right clicked the item below it > select "Update Driver Software" > Wait for installation to complete > Restart
Windows Update takes care of this automatically, you may have to check its download progress by searching "Windows Update" at Cortana and selecting "Check for updates".

Whenever I hit the play button it crashes, and says my drivers weren't updated
