Please click on the "Action Center", that is the message icon next to the clock on the bottom right corner. From there, select "All Settings", then select "Update and Security". Make sure all updates are installed, as this will install the correct Intel HD 4000 driver for your computer.

I did the update, and now Minecraft refuses to Run. My Steam games work perfectly fine since the update, Minecraft is the only problem.
