Would a fresh minecraft help or an I just sol?

Curse PremiumI don't know what the problem is, but I seriously doubt Windows 10 did it.
Sorry I couldn't help :C
Also, use spoilers for crash reports!
I'm just a Minecraft player that likes to give my opinion. Nothing special to see here.
I believe they are releasing a new version specifically for Windows 10. http://www.minecraftforum.net/news/60164-get-minecraft-windows-10-edition
EDIT: oh wait... i just saw "I would really really prefer not to use the new version through the new windows 10 beta." Whoops.
Core i5-3570k overclocked to 4.4 ghz
Cryorig H7 heatsink
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7850 2gb
ASRock Z77 Pro 4
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2x4gb 1600 mhz
Try updating Java to the newest version.
Edit: Same with what happened above, try getting 1.8.8.

Retired StaffPlease provide your DxDiag log.

That's no problem! haha
Thanks for your input!
Try turning off VBO's
I completely deleted and re-installed it and it seems to be working.
Thanks!
I seem to have fixed the issue for now. I will be sure to provide the log if the problem surfaces again.
They are off.
The issue has resurfaced. Here is a link to the DxDiag log as well as an updated crash report:
