This happened to me on one of my old computers. It should give you a link to a website when you try to start the game. Click on it and it will bring you to a website where you can download the updates for the drivers. Follow the instruction and you should be ready to play. If that does not work then either call your IT guy or replace your driver. There are lots of tutorials on how to replace it.
