hello today i made a cape that it is 20x17 pixels ( the same size as normal cape )
after i finished the cape i wanted to upload it into editing website ( eg: for skins edit novaskin ... etc )
is there any website that will let you to upload a cape into it ? please tell me because the cape that i made i cant make it in the cape creating websites
