Every time I try to open the launcher it just shows http://puu.sh/jhfsk/120458673e.png and doesn't change. I don't have anything that would be blocking it and I'm able to view servers when I do play offline, it will give me a bad log in error if I try to join though.

This means the launcher can't communicate with the login servers. Likely either the login servers are down or something on your end is blocking them (i.e. firewall)
