When i try to open Minecraft, it brings up, "Downloading Native Launcher"

and then it brings up, "Unable to download Native Launcher" and i dont know how to fix it.

it should just load right up, and i've never had a problem downloading the launcher until 1.6.13

No matter how many times i try, it wont work, i try to go to Minecraft.net and download it, doesnt work.

I would love for help, as i am looking forward to playing again.
