:(When i go into F3 mode to check my cords so i can find my house my fps goes from 40+ to 5-1. This gets so annoying and it gives me headaches.

Yes, i have optifine.
Yes, i have downloaded maps. 3-4.
Show i just delete everything and go back to the vanilla style?
