i don't know why i got the error but my minecraft was working fine a this morning but i went to turn it back on and when i loaded the world it said shutting down internal server and then it crashes

I tried to fix it by completly reinstalling minecraft and forge and all the config files and also tried a diffrent vershon of forge(forge-1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10) but still got the same thing every time.

my system specs are

-ram: 10GB ddr3

-cpu: AMD a6-5200 apu with radeon(TM) HD graphics 2.00 GHz

-op: 64 bit windows 8.1

-video card: nevidia geforce 210
