I bought minecraft a significant amount of time ago. It has to have been atlas a year since Iv'e played and about 4 or 5 years since I've had the game. My original username was Erik00987 and I used that until name change was released. Once name change and migration released I used [email protected] to sign in and ErikTheFish as a username. After a few weeks of playing with my new username a problem popped up. Every time that I would try to sign in with my right credentials (email and pass) it would just tel me to play the demo. After months of this not working I tried my old username of Erik00987 and my password and it tells me that my account has been migrated. I wrote an email to majoring and got a vague answer here is the reply I got:

For information on how to locate your transaction ID, or recover it if you no longer have it, visit http://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/361380.
If you paid with a credit or debit card you can send us the last four digits of the card number, expiration date, type of card used (e.g. Visa or Mastercard), the date of purchase and the email address used for the purchase.
Please provide as much information as you can, so it is easier for us to find your transaction. Thank you!

This basically didn't help me at all and didn't tell me how to solve my problem is there anything that I can do I have 400+ dollars in this game this is getting ridiculous.
