I'm currently using the currect recomended version of Forge (10.13.4.1448) and I'm using the most recent version of CoFH Core ([1.7.10] 3.0.3-303).
I don't have anyother mods at all, that is it. I start the game and it crashes without fail everytime at Mod Intalizing phase 1 (2/7) and preintalizing CoFH Core (5/5) on the loading screen.

I tried using an older version of MC Forge but then it says: "CoFHCore-[1.7.10]3.0.3-303.jar (required-after:[email protected][10.13.3.1448,10.14);)." I looked up those forge number but they don't exist anywhere that I know of. I google searched the 10.14 version and came up with 1.8 forge beta. The only difference in the version I'm runing is the number 3 when mine is a 4.
How do I fix this?
Also I tried to directly report it on the teamcofh.com website but I couldn't find where to submit it at and I did follow their check list at https://github.com/CoFH/Feedback and still didn't see where to submit anything.
Hey, I got Intel HD Graphics (Integrated) and the Loading screen runs fine. It maybe junk for gaming, but otherwise it's good for watching movies and stuff. And if you turn ur video settings down, minecraft can get a pretty good fps.

There are 10 types of people in the world. Those that understand binary and those that don't.
My Suggestion Would Be To Update To Java 8 And See If It Works. It Says So On It's Site That You Need It. Click Here For More Information. Also You Can Report It By Just Going To The Right Side Of That Page Where It Says Code And Under It Should Be A Link Labeled Issues With A Number Beside It. Click That And It Will Bring You To The Issue Tracker Where You Can Report The Bug. I'll Post There Telling Them About This Forum So You Don't Have To.
I was using a forge version less than 10.13.3.1448, but instead of crashing, it went to a screen with a dirt background and it said I need 10.13.3.1448. If you find a download link for forge {1.7.10}_10.13.3.1448-1.7.10.
This is a very old bug caused by the video driver not supporting stencil bits rendering. Which your ancient Intel most likely does not.
This was first caused by Forge, but since Forge has included an automatic check that disables stencil rendering. Somehow CofHCore triggers this again even if Forge has stencil rendering disabled either manually or via manual argument.
Don't know how to fix this without removing CofHCore ... or upgrading the hardware.
Do you think using a custom loading screen could fix the bug?
Do note that the main cause of this "bug" is people trying to run the game on hardware that's below the minimal requirements.
not true.. i have an Nvidia GTX 950 and im getting the same crap ONLY with CoFHCore.. ALL my other mods work.. i REINSTALL MULTIPLE times with older versions of core and libs from cofh and nothing works.. ive had it before in the past with lesser cards than his intel.. i have full forge support as ive played all my mods from several different version.. it seems to be the 1.7.1 version of the game.. i had this working fine on 1.6.4 with over 200 mods.. you can install this on 1.7.1 ALONE and this is what you will get everytime.. http://prntscr.com/bwyl78
There's so many problems with this post I don't know where to start:
1. Thread necromancy
2. Thread hijacking
3. The fact your issue is completely different then what was discussed previously in the thread !!!!
I would suggest you actually read the message forge shows you in that screenshot. It literally tells you exactly what's wrong with your setup.
Ultra short and easier to read version:
Nie będe dublować powyższego tłumaczeniem. Masz za starą wersje Forge. Postaraj się przynajmiej czytać własne błędy.
whatever that means with the spoiler.. anyways. its not necro if its still info to me.. so that said.. if you have a nice reasonable awnser instead of a flame towards the post. that would be cool.. since its now not necro since you AND i have played.. considering the point of posting to get attention worked.. do you have an awnser that will help my problem? becuase nowhere elsew does yet.. so new news for you to figure out!
i dont know what you mean by highjacking.. becuase this was a way to get the info i needed and supposedly i did.. but you awnsered my confusion as to WHY forge was loading but yet not finding ITSELF? since it already LOADED?.. i was assuming that i had the highest version for 1.7.1 since i had gotten it from a list of downloads off of a curse link. curse is usually UPDATED, no? so now you can see how i havent hi-jacked? as i assume you m ean steal the thread for some reason i dont know how i could DO that.. but aparently looking into a problem on an old thread "i" have yet to have seen. therefre was not considered necro in any way shape or form to me at all.. maybe to you who knows how to see that little stuff fast.. anyway. so i got my awnser. now the thread is necro to me.. since i read it all and its 5 minutes old to me now.
TY for the helpful info, now i will go find a higher 1.7.1 forge (witch i thought was the one already becuase i overlooked something fast reading to many numbers)

Ok, now i'm starting to believe grimaliq, this is a problem with Intel HD Graphics.
