Multiplayer servers wont work? PLEASE HELP

I was playing multiplayer just fine yesterday but then today it happened...

Every time I try to join a server, it says various messages but the main one is: Disconnected.

I am running Optifine 1.8.1 but I'm pretty sure that doesnt change anything.

If anybody knows how to solve this problem please help. I have a video explaining what happens, (Watch the ending of the video)
