So earlier today I decided to come back onto my world after updating one of my mods (Optifine in this instance), and suddenly, most if not all of the block and item textures began to look fuzzy like in the screenshots below. I kept checking all of my video settings and texture packs but determined they were not causing the issue. The strange part is that I went from Forge to just Vanilla MC, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft itself, and when I come back the world still has the same heavily degraded texture. I have no idea how to fix this issue so I am asking for help here.

Looks like extreme mipmaps, try turning don mipmaps in video options.
