Hi! I've started having trouble with lag! Let me explain, So normally my PC handles minecraft very well. My FPS varys between 45-110 depending on what i'm doing. But a few days ago when i logged on I was suddenly getting around 5-20 fps With and without Optifine installed. I have been doing some research and tried to allocate more memory but that didn't do ANYTHING. I even reinstalled MC but that didn't do anything either. even on flatmaps im ony getting 40fps when on flatmaps i normally get 120 up into the hight 200s. Anyone have a fix for this?
It will give him more information as far as your PC specs go. Also, be sure your not running a browser in the background such as Chrome, as it is very resource demanding.

Try changing some of the in game settings. Also, remember resource packs can cause lag depending on the quality/amount of textures.

I have GFX to fast, clouds off etc etc... and i dont use texture packs. i think i need to suck it up and buy a new computer ;u;. now i need money xD.
