Anyone ever hear of this? Everything is normal with the game, however, my vision looks like I'm looking at the game from inside a crystal ball.
When I look around, when the blocks hit the edges of the window, they stretch. It's like warped vision and I tried messing with the "secret settings". Nothing fixes this. Only happens on my lenovo laptop using a Geforce 860M on Windows 8.1.

Is your FOV set high? Try using lower values if it is.
