I only get around 5-15 FPS and i want to know how to fix this. My singleplayer world has way more lag then when i play on multiplayer. I also have Optifine installed but it didn't really help. I have tried playing on lower settings, but they don't increase the fps by much.

You probably can't increase your fps much, because it is limited by the Intel GPU, however you can try putting your laptop into the "high performance" power plan and see if that helps.

Try to change .javaw priority to high in task manager. It will allow minecraft to use more power. Hopefully this helps.
