There's a problem right now. Your pastebin file and your picture are different. In you picture it says your using Windows 8.1 and in the pastebin it says you're using Windows 10. Which I have no idea where you got Windows 10 since it's not released yet.
If you're using Windows 10, it won't work because Minecraft is not working with Windows 10 yet.

After 1.7.4 your graphic card is no longer supported by minecraft, and you cant play it on that graphic anymore.
Try either updating your drivers or getting a new computer.

Minecraft Win10 edition is really Minecraft: Pocket Edition - PC Gamer's Version.
But yes, you might want to quit MS Insider and keep Win8, where it works fine, or run Minecraft Launcher in compat mode for Win. 8 or Win. 7.
