Yesterday i was playing minecraft normally. But today i was opening minecraft and when i typed my email and pass, it told me my username or pass was incorrect.. the same on minecraft.net. I requested a pass change on my email and it worked: succesfully changed pass. But then i try to login again with the new pass.. it keeps saying its wrong username or pass, but i changed my pass and my email was correct( i received my changing pass request on it). Please tell me if you have any idea how to fix this
If password resets don't work, wait at least 3 hours and if you still cant login, you will need to contact mojang. You can email Mojang by going here: https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new.
Do NOT send more than one at a time. It takes about 3 - 4 business days for Mojang to respond, and sending more than one only slows them down.
