Serious graphic issues, may be that you need to update graphic drivers, or that you have updated minecraft lately, please consult technical details on weather your graphics is still supported by newest Minecraft instances, or it just may be that some messing around with things got you into this situation.
People have reported similar problems before, and many of them had different solutions to it, what you should do is in this order:
1. Make sure your graphic card is still supported by Minecraft
2. Make sure that you use latest stable graphic drivers (avoid using beta-drivers, but those may sometimes solve the issue too)
3. Make sure that you have latest JAVA installed (may be tricky on this part because i still use 1.7_u79, and i have no issues at all but some people had issues with never JAVA instances, and some did not)
You could also check if your computer is maybe overheating,
You could also post your DxDiag report maybe someone can have better ideas upon that.
