Whenever I create a new world or load one, the game would load into an empty world with no blocks. I try waiting for minutes, but most of the time it never loads and it stays like this. Sometimes it would load after 5-10 minutes of waiting. What is wrong and how do I fix it? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it twice but the issue still persists.
1. Click on the Windows button in the bottom left hand corner.
2. In "Search programs and files", enter %appdata%.
3. Go to your .minecraft folder.
4. Take your "saves" folder and drag it out onto your desktop.
5. Delete Minecraft and reinstall it.
6. Run Minecraft at least once, and close it.
7. Go back to your .minecraft folder.
8. If there is a "saves" folder, remove it and replace it with the saves folder you previously took. If there is no saves folder, just insert the one you have.
Maybe you're running more than you can handle. Try tinkering with the world settings and see if you can get an effect.
If all else fails, try to give Minecraft a higher priority. This can be done by opening the Task Manager, going to Minecraft's process, and up-ing it's priority.
Try that.
