Using FTB's Horizons II Mod pack. I've looked on numerous threads featuring the same issue and all the fixes are activated with no results. NEI is set to W for world. In the config file, it is enabled (lockmode=-1). Cheats are ON for this world. But there're no results. Still stuck in Recipe mode. Please help?
