This error is caused by an outdated graphics driver/graphics card. Try updating your graphics drivers. Else, you will probably have to get a new graphics card.

Since you are using the onboard intel graphics card, you either need to get the drivers from the intel website, or you can just download the driver update utility from the Intel website and it should be able to do it.
