If you just want the blocks for building in a creative world, you can use the /give command to give yourself the specific blocks. The minecraft wiki lists the exact subids for the blocks.

So I want to have textured mushroom blocks, but I want blocks with the pore patterns on certain sides. Is there a way for me to get those blocks?
