2. I was playing on a minigame server and I had the shaders mod installed, everything was fine untill i turned on the shaders. Then the game crashed. This happens on both single and multiplayer
I don't know the exact problem, but I think it may have to do with Optifine. If you have it installed, take it out of your mods folder and see if you still have the problem.
The error [EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xc0000005)] means java doesnt have permission to read/write from ram. this can be fixed doing a few things. SOLUTION A: run minecraft as adminstrator. SOLUTION B: i see you are running java 8, this version is still unstable(or so ive heard) try downgrading to java 7. i also see that # Problematic frame C [ig75icd64.dll+0x8b510] is in there. the file ig75icd64.dll has something to do with openGL.

you need a graphics card in order to run shaders. Do you have one install? the mod post has the information on whats required.
I think I got the problem fixed, I talked to someone and he helped me with the issue. Thanks for the help!
