My minecraft is crashing(Windows says Java SE Binary has stopped responding, and minecraft screen is black) every time I open or create a world, though sometimes I can see it for a few seconds, or it crashes instantly.
*It also crashes when I join servers
*TechnicLauncher Modded minecrat does work
I have tried:
Reloading Java
Using minecraft.msi to try and fix it
deleting minecraft jar
changing minecraft version
Note: I was originally was using optifine when this crash happened, but removing optifine did nothing.
EDIT: I fixed mine. All I did was search %appdata% and deleted .minecraft, then redownloaded the minecraft.msi whatever thing from the download minecraft page on the mojang/minecraft site. I hope that works out for you!
My guess would be (assuming you could play before the installation of optifine) is that when you installed optifine it changed your options file and added some settings your PC can't handle. I'd recommend moving your worlds to a different folder and reinstalling minecraft. (i.e. Delete your .minecraft and install the game)

Thanks so much, completely deleting it worked.
