So, recently I hopped on minecraft and wanted to play on some minecraft servers. The problem was that all of them were pinging, and when i tried to join it said this, io.netty.channel.ConnectTimeoutException: connection timed out . I was confused because Ive been able to play on the servers before. I truly don't know how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated
Are you sure that the server you were trying to connect to was online?
That error means that a connection to the server could not be established as there was no response from the server. Generally this occurs when the server is offline, or a connection is being dropped somewhere between you and your connection to the server.
If you are sure the server is online and have another computer connected to your network, see if the server works on it. If it still does not, either your router is blocking the connection (potentially your ISP depending on where you live), or something is wrong on the server's side.

All the multiplayer servers are doing the same thing. And yes the servers are all online.
