I meant you should report that crash with MatterOverdrive to the author of that mod. Most of the time it is enough to just post that on the mod's thread.

Enviromine is not crashing, it's Modular Armour crashing, caused by a very outdated Enviromine.
Thank you so much, guys, I redownloaded some mods. I also tried to unistall more old Forge, but some mod tells me 10.13.3 is the minimum version.

Curse PremiumA temporary fix would be to add ComputerCraft.
This bug is already fixed, but they didn't release a version with the fix yet, so yeah

I also tried to delete Matter Overdrive and Modular armor and the game loaded the main menu. I tried to load new world... Crash!

I resolved it by deleting LogisticsPipes and Enviromine. It works perfectly and without ComputerCraft.
you do know there is an non DEV version of carpenters blocks. just saying
