I saw a thread about this before, but it did not give me the answers that I needed. I am in the over world with fully hydrated and plowed dirt. Whenever I try to place more than one of these next to each other in the ground, though, they pop up (and if they're not next to each other they only stay for a minute or so). I thought it was a server issue, but it happens in my single player worlds, too. Does anyone know why this is happening (or if there's anything I could do to stop it)?

It also need needs to have access to light, eighter daylight (access to sky) or with block light 9+.
