Recently I tried to install Forge 1.7.10 via the universal launcher so I could run minimap mods on my favorite servers, but it won't go into the installer when I run/open it! I already have Forge 1.6.4, 1.7.2, and 1.8 already installed. Please help!
The Universal is a universal installer and is indeed an executable file. Thats how I installed 1.6.4, 1.7.2, and 1.8 but it just won't work for 1.7.10!
Than I have no clue how I magically managed to install 3 different forge versions via the universals.... Anyway, I ended up downloading the installer and it worked out fine. I just don't get how I got the universals to act as installers lmao The world may never know.

Remember to download 1.7.10 normal version first

I installed forge with Universal but after doing it once it wouldn't install again with Universal. So now I use the installer.
