So i dont know what is going on, it started a week ago. Everytime i click in game (Not Responding) shows up but only for a brief time like 1/4 of a second. Then when this is happening and i am clicking on WASD keys one might get stuck and i have to button mash to get it to stop being stuck. Also when i am clicking in game on the taskbar it looks like another instance of minecraft is trying to open but closes immediately, its the same as the 1/4 second (Not Responding).
Ive Uninstalled MC and redownloaded/installed. Did the same thing with Java. I've ran scans using Malwarebytes and even used the SFC in the command line for Windows 7. Nothing shows up and it only affects MC ( Using the Vanilla Client or playing with the FTB Client). I get no errors or crash logs, and the game is playable but it makes it harder to do so though.
Maybe try a few lag clearing options as your first step? Optifine maybe? As for the buttons, button mashing works because you are pressing the effected button, but it is unnecessary since you only need to press the button being held
Its not lag, the game keeps basically not responding only for a brief period of time everytime i click. And with that i do have to button mash the key that is stuck. Ive tried quite a lot of things and im about ready to give up.
Well I had a similar problem then, when my computer was reformatted improperly (by me, while reinstalling windows). I had to reinstall windows a second time. I wouldn't do something so extreme if I were you, but it may be a problem with your system and may affect some other programs as well (rarely)
