Ok that was an odd title but it's hard to explain. If I made a world then got a mod after I made the world. If the mod say had a new ore. Will the ore still spawn in ungenerated land even if I got the mod after I made the world. Or do I have to cheat the ores in. Or does it depend on the mod. Please if you know tell me I don't want to waste time getting a mod if it won't spawn its stuff in my world.
Not exactly sure what you mean by when Minecraft updates? If you mean when a newer version of Minecraft releases that is hard to say since some versions break mods and they have to be recoded to function again.
Yes you would but you may get weird generation at the point where the 1.7 stopped and 1.8 starts new new generation. If you decide to reload in 1.7 it may likely break the world.

1.7 and 1.8 use basically the same generation code. Seeds from 1.7 work in 1.8, so any visual artifacts would be minimal.

Multiplayer is lonely once you understand how it actually works.

It should spawn in the areas that haven't been generated yet but you should check with the specific mod to be sure.
Ok thanks and does it do the same when minecraft updates

No not if they break mods if like when the new stones in 1.8 were added would a 1.7 world have them in new land
