So I just got Windows 8.1 and have reinstalled Forge. I went through with the procedure of installing all my mods and such and then ran Minecraft on the Forge profile. It then crashed. all the report says is that it was an initializing error, or something of the likes. Any idea on how to fix this? Here's the report:

I deleted the Forge Profile and also the original installer, and then installed the recommended Forge version which was below 1469, placed all of my mods back in the mod folder. Alright, startup was a bit slow, but it worked! Thank you both for helping and putting up with me! I'll leave this thread open for another hour in case something floops. Thanks again!
So whenever I attempt to create a new world the game stops at the point where it says it is downloading the terrain(I've given it 20 minutes). The Update Checker mod I have installed goes off at around this point alerting me to updates in the top left corner, if that means anything. Any suggestions?
Alright, after downloading the latest version of Damage Indicators, the mod that it said before needed updating, I tried relaunching. This time, how ever, before even getting to the point where it says "Loading Chunks/world/etc." it immediately started shutting down. Here's the latest log. All I got from it is that some errors occurred and a sound file for mystcraft was missing.
Damnit. Somehow I lost the file. The file that takes up the most space in the logs folder now only takes up 765 KB, or .765 MB. Well, here it is anyways.
Alright I put it off for a day and now have a new idea. I took all of the non-worldgen related mods and put them into a folder. Then I put all the worldgen mods into the mods folder. I then tried creating a world and the game started shutting down the internal server. Luckily I was able to get these logs:

It appears to be saying that Mantle isn't recognizing Optifine, but for what reason? And why would Mantle need to recognize it in the first place?
Enchantment conflict between gany's end and custom npcs. Go into the config file of either one and set it to something other than 100.

So whenever I attempt to create a new world the game stops at the point where it says it is downloading the terrain(I've given it 20 minutes). The Update Checker mod I have installed goes off at around this point alerting me to updates in the top left corner, if that means anything. Any suggestions?

It appears to be exactly what happened when I attempted to load the world, but stops right when update checker notifies me.
EDIT: I have just
now checked the mod folder to see if I can uninstall it, but it appears to not be a mod. Maybe it comes with Forge?

Alright, after downloading the latest version of Damage Indicators, the mod that it said before needed updating, I tried relaunching. This time, how ever, before even getting to the point where it says "Loading Chunks/world/etc." it immediately started shutting down. Here's the latest log. I've found an fml file within the logs folder that is 2.281 MB, but upon trying to paste it here Chrome decides to freeze up. What do I do?
Damnit. Somehow I lost the file. The file that takes up the most space in the logs folder now only takes up 765 KB, or .765 MB. Well, here it is anyways.

If this won't do, how do I get the Launcher Log? Is there another step before just opening the launcher and clicking on the Launcher Log tab?
Alright I put it off for a day and now have a new idea. I took all of the non-worldgen related mods and put them into a folder. Then I put all the worldgen mods into the mods folder. I then tried creating a world and the game started shutting down the internal server. Luckily I was able to get these logs:

Alright, what does it mean by jar files, and where would I find them?
Oh and I've reinstalled Lucky Blocks.
I'm actually using Chrome, for the record, but I did switch from Firefox though. So I just have to rename the mods from .jar.zip to just .jar?
When I open the files it says this at the top/middle of the window, using Lucky Blocks mod as an example:

So how do I change this to a jar archive?
Okay so when I launched a new world it worked and got me all the way to the pause screen. I could see the world and everything, but it then crashed upon clicking resume play. I tried loading the world again and it froze on downloading terrain. How do I set Chrome to not downloading files to a default location?
