I recently installed java onto my computer (newest version) so I could install Optifine onto my Minecraft account. I get this message each time my minecraft crashes

I do not know how to enable minidumps and cant find any good sources online at least ones that I can follow. I Have a windows 1.8.1 computer. All help is welcome. (Minecraft was working before I installed Java and Optifine)

But ive had my optifine and java installed before I broke my computer and had to get a new harddrive
updated it didnt work, tried to fully delete minecraft and reinstall which didnt work either,
