I had 32 GB of memory is allocated to Minecraft.
And use all of the 32 gigabytes of memory allocated during game play.
What's the problem?
I use a mode of about 90.
However,
If not use all the memory, there is no lag.

Don't allocate 32GB of memory to Minecraft. Only ever allocate a maximum of 4GB to Minecraft, higher can kill performance. How much RAM do you even have installed? 32GB is a lot to just be giving away to a program willy nilly.
