I am also experiencing the same problem, and I think I can shed some light on what he is trying to say. When he is using the Twitch integration feature on Minecraft in order to stream to his Twitch account, when viewing his stream, the audio on the stream is fine, however the video of the stream is nothing but a plain grey screen. This is also extremely hard to research for a fix, as there is another error on the Twitch home page where it only shows the logo and a gray screen. This problem is completely different. The stream displays a gray screen instead of the video being streamed, despite the audio working just fine. I have yet to find a sensible solution to this issue, and using another form of broadcasting software, is NOT a solution to this problem. That is a work around. If you comment on this thread, please do not suggest that. There are reason people choose to use the integration feature above other things and im sure that they have looked into things like OBS and other broadcasting software as a "lesser" option in their experience. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Curse PremiumNobody can help you with that bad of a description of your problem.
Is your Mojang account paired with Twitch? That's the first step.
I'm just a Minecraft player that likes to give my opinion. Nothing special to see here.
