SO iv been chilling in my worls, the i decide to do some exploring and then i run into this, just a massive area of missing chunks,
Which i managed to deduce is a mix between this current seed and a super flat seed as i found some structures i built in a superflat world
, now i would love to know is there a way i can take what iv done in my current world (not superflat) and then refresh this world to remove the seed errors and then put my player changed stuff back
This may be a case of MC-315; basically, a bug in the game results in some of the chunks from a deleted world not actually being deleted (the game runs an internal server, which does not notify the client that it is still running when you quit, so it is possible to try to delete a world that is still open, which will fail; this is actually an easy bug to fix but knowing Mojang...). If you ever made a Superflat world with the desert preset this is likely the cause; otherwise, it is impossible for this to normally happen through some corruption of level.dat, which would also somehow require the right preset code.
One way to fix it is to download MCEdit and delete the incorrect chunks, without having to manually move your structures to a new world, which also requires MCEdit and is more complicated. You could also, but this is a bit risky, go into your saves folder and delete the affected region files from the worldname\region folder - you'll have to make sure you are deleting the correct file though (press F3 and note the coordinates, then convert them into region coordinates; if you mess up you could accidentally delete your house, you may be unable to anyway if they share the same region). Either way, make a backup before trying any of these.

TheMasterCaver's First World - possibly the most caved-out world in Minecraft history - includes world download.
TheMasterCaver's World - my own version of Minecraft largely based on my views of how the game should have evolved since 1.6.4.
Why do I still play in 1.6.4?
Downloaded MCedit and deleted the chunks and it worked like a charm, thanks buddy much appreciate
