Since I'd do PVP I was wondering if there is a possible way for an example If I go into setting and then I set my 2 hotbar key to Button 2 and I also want another button set again for that so I have two key I can use to switch to it?
In vanilla Minecraft, there is no way to do that. However, their are mods called Client Side Mods that may allow you to do it, without having any mods on the server.
