Hi! I used to play Minecraft on a computer with Windows XP and all the Minecraft versions worked, though a little slow. Anyway, my mum updraded our operating system to Windows 7. Note that Windows 7 is higher than Windows XP. She basically wiped out EVERYTHING on our computer so we could start fresh. I downloaded Minecraft (the newer launcher) and whenever I tried to go on ANYTHING above 1.7.4 the game would load up, the Mojang logo would show and then the whole thing would crash.
Why??
Most people say "Your computer is old" or "You need a better graphics card" or "Get CCleaner" but that is not the problem! We upgraded our operating system so it is supposed to work better! And I tried to play Minecraft when there was literally no other downloads on the computer so why isn't it working?
My mum thinks that we may not have a graphics driver or something like that. Umm I'm still quite confused. So when we reset our computer did something happen to the GPU?

Please, someone help me!
Can you give me a dxdiag? How to get one is in my sig.
If this is the same computer that you had the error in your previous thread. Then these quotes will help you.
Yes, we told you what the problem was a month ago.
Your hardware is too old to get bug fixes for the drivers, and your driver has a bug that will prevent you from running 1.74 or newer.
http://paste.ubuntu.com/11781280/ Here is the DxDiag

Will we have to get a new computer?
Yes, or at least a graphic card to put in your computer (thats a cheaper solution, but i am uncertain if pays off to put new graphic in old computer)

As you have been told multiple times, your computers hardware is too old, changing software will not solve this
